Keep a daily or weekly gratitude journal to keep track of the goodness in your life. Start today ~ right now ~ and jot down something you appreciate and are grateful for! Do this at least once a week and put the date next to your entry.
Don't over think this! Grab a piece of paper or your computer and start the list now. I've been doing this for two years and when I need a lift, I read the entries and draw on the knowledge that my life is filled with so much to appreciate from my favorite cup of coffee to my beautiful grandsons.
