Most people hate having to weigh and measure their food portions. To save time, get a plate that has three section in it. The largest section should be for your salad/veggies serving, one of the smaller ones is for your protein serving and the other one is for your carbs/starches.
No fair piling on the food though it has to fit inside the section neatly
I find it very helpful to have clothes that fit me as I lose weight. I get rid of too big clothes and make sure that I have at least one or two outfits that really fit me even though I may have more weight to lose!
