Cut out all sugary drinks from your diet. There are much tastier and more satisfying ways of consuming calories. Drink water all day, all of the time. Sugary drinks don't quench your thirst, they only make you more thirsty, water not only quenches your thirst but also curbs your appetites.
When you use a cute and fun drink bottle, you are more likely to drink plenty of water and i find that when i feel low in energy and hungry, drinking a glass of water at room temp, fuels me energy ways and full's up my stomach for longer.
