Berries, Rhubarb, cherries, peaches & apricots, oranges & apples, pears and kiwi, watermelon, papaya and nectarines. Add some Fat Free cool whip and have a great snack or dessert. Look at the carbs you're eating as many are high in carbs and have hard to digest sugars: lactose, fructose, fructans, sugar alcohols.
