I've noticed that I can do more regular pushups since I started my quick exercises throughout my work day.
I've found breaking my fitness into 5-10 minute mini sessions of exercise makes it more doable during the day. Everyone has 5 minutes here and there that they aren't doing anything. During those moments do a quick set of 3 different exercises. Something like this 25 wall pushups, 25 squats and 25 jumping jacks.
