If you don't like water and have a hard time drinking it start out slow, I used to hate water, and now I drink it all the time. What I did was keep a 3 oz. bathroom glass in the kitchen, and everytime I went into the kitchen I made myself drink at least 3 oz. of water, eventually I started drinking more and more.
I hate water, but I love my family. I've got a 32 oz. Breast Cancer Awareness mug that I use everyday. I have an aunt who is in remission, and every day I tell myself to drink 64 oz. of water to stay healthy. 32 oz I drink for me, and 32oz is for her. That's my eight cups of water a day, cheers!
Water keeps me away from soda. I used to drink ~ 10 cans a day. My teeth felt grimy, it slowed me down, & I craved sweets unlike ANY OTHER. When I bought my mug I decided it had to inspire me to keep form the sweets. When Breast Cancer Awareness month came & I saw the mug, I knew it would work.
