I like most people hate spring cleaning my house, but its got to be done. I set a goal for myself of cleaning one room or closet a day. Some rooms take longer and i may take two or three days to do them. It may take me a few weeks doing it this way but i don't feel overwhelmed and i still have time left to do my regular exercises.

I have a place for everything. If I don't have a place for it already, I ask myself, "Do I need it and what for?", if the answer is no, then I file it in file 13. If I need it then I find a place for it. Every spring I clean and throw away things I haven't used in the previous year. I try to get my kids to do the same thing and I'm pretty successful when it comes to spring cleaning.243
I found a cold weather exercise I can do inside. It is something that I don't normally like to do - housework. I stopped doing the spring cleaning in the spring (I would much rather be outside then) but I'm doing it now. The advantage of this on top of burning the calories is the house will look great for the holidays. Like so many other things it is just a matter of my attitude. 41
