When you have lost some weight, pay attention that your undergarments still fit properly. I went for a run today, and found out my underpants are too big - very annoying!

Silly, but who else is going to talk about it?

  • I have always had problems finding bras that fit. As I've been losing weight, I have spent way too much time trying to find ones that 1) fit, 2) work for yoga and exercise and 3) are affordable. I cannot keep putting a lot of money into any type of clothing just to have to replace it again in a few months. I think I've gotten to a place now where I may be able to stop searching. Yes, in a way it's a good problem to have but it can also be an expensive hassle. - by 1LAZYCOOK

  • emoticon I've, too, had this problem while dieting over the years. I put my larger one aside and when the weight came back on, I just got out the larger sizes unders and put the smaller one aside. I've got a dresser drawer full of three to four different sizes. This time, though, I'm going to toss out the larger ones because I KNOW i won't be needing them again - by GOHAWKIS1

  • New smaller knickers was the first new item I bought, oh yeah new smaller bras too. Seems like with me the bust was the first to let go of some of the "fat". The one part of my body i didn't mind so much . But it in the end all evened out.
Since I work out a lot and power walk I have to have well fitting sports bra and knickers, don't want body parts jiggling all over the place, besides the bouncing around can hurt. emoticon emoticon - by TUBLADY
