I keep two pictures on my dresser ALWAYS! A picture of me when I was'nt happy with my weight, and eating habits. And a picture of the NEW me happy, and healthy. It keeps you in check, to maintain the new you. And a constant reminder of all the hard work you put into changing you life. You might say 'Ughh" looking at the one, followed by "But look at me now!!"

That once upon a time regular routine, that was SUCCESSFUL, slipped away. TIME TO MAKE THE CHANGE! FOR MYSELF, this is going to involve starting my day with at least 32 oz of water, 2-3 cups of coffee, & a PROTEIN DRINK. Lunch will be light but healthy: example 2-3 eggs, another protein drink, and steamed veggies. Afternoon snack: possibly a rice cake or two with polinar all fruit jelly, & supper another protein drink, with home made veggie stew. 224
Of course this is going to involve WITHDRAW! I call this the 10 day BOOT CAMP! HA! IT CAN BE WICKED, BUT IF ONE IS TRULY READY, TEMPTATION CAN BE FOUGHT...FAITH, PRAYER, THINKING POSITIVE, & KNOWING FULL GOOD AND WELL, THAT DETERMINATION PAYS OFF!!! Cut out the soda, the junk sweets, no meal skips!!
