Would you leave the house without brushing your teeth? Taking a shower? I didn't think so! Today, and for the past three days I have been feeling very unmotivated. That's when I decided to look at exercise in a different way....the same way I look at brushing my teeth, taking a shower, eating....something that is done everyday, no matter what. Even if it is only for 10-20 minutes, just getting up and doing something sparks my motivation!

  • TODAY I CAME TO THE SAME THOUGHT!!!! IF YOU CAN DO HOUSEWORK, KIDS, WHATEVER....WHY NOT "MAKE CARDIO A PART OF YOUR DAY" EVEN 10, 20, OR 30 MINUTES. SET A TIME, AND STICK TO IT "PRIORITIZE!!!" - by FLPALM

As a diebetic who wants to avoid taking insulin, exercise is not an option with me. It is an essential part of my daily life. When I exercise, my blood sugar drops significantly. I sleep better. My depression lifts. My clothes get looser. I have tons of energy. Weight loss is just the (pardon the expression) "icing on the cake". - by JUSTDOIT46
