I love this expression. It is similar to something Denise Austin says in one of her workout video. We're burning butter now. I love these because it definitely gets you motivated.

    I need some inspiration and input about everyday items that I can use instead of weights. Something already normally found in my house! Looked into buying dumbbells... they're pricey.

    Been off weights for six weeks, following surgery, but just about ready to start again. Was up to 8#, but of course, now I'll start with 1's. Oh well......I can only go up, right? emoticon
