Cutting Up Boneless Chicken Breasts




I always buy big packages of boneless chicken breasts. When trimming, I always make a small freezer bag of bite size pieces to have on hand for a quick chicken stir fry.

    I do the same thing. It is so much easier when you do that. I not only cut it up for stir fry I also cut it up for single servings that way it don't have weigh the chicken all the time. It is a time saver for busy nights and days - by ARMYMOM46
