I find a sport (basketball) and / or class (kickboxing). Advantages over the gym... -team mates counting on you to be there (forfeit) -meet new people who are also healthy -potential for life long sport friends -connections for fun sport events word of month (obstacle runs) you can do together -feels great to be part of a group - Pick somthing FUN and it wont feel like ur heading to a workout...more a fun social event. -stress reliever
If its not fun sign up for somthing else there are a ton of options out there...find some that are fun for you.
Try new fitness ideas, classes & groups & make it social & fun. I'm not excited to get up early on the weekend to run on my own. Now I plan it with friends. I know we can chat while running & have fun. I'm looking forward to catching up & can't wait! Making it fun & social keeps it something to look forward to.
