This Sparked Me!

When things get rushed and I can't get to the gym or I grab the wrong kinds of food. I make myself stop and breathe and say to myself "OK, positive thoughts" then I focus on the positives. Example - I walked at lunch, or I passed on the cake or I will walk around the soccer field emoticon
