When I was typing an email, on a conference call, or working on an issue, I would glance at the SparkPeople tab and tell myself, "You have a whole community of people cheering you on." I realized I couldn't let them down or let myself down. This alleviated stress, and made me realize that I am capable of staying on target and not giving up.
