To keep from getting bored, and to keep my body guessing, I change my workout routine every month. This way I'm always working different muscles, and I get to look forward to a new routine every month.
I like to alternate circuit training DVDs one month, then cardio DVDs the next month for my morning workout. I also add in a strength or yoga workout later in the day. I exercise at least 5 days week, usually 6.
