Stop Static Cling In Clothes Using Foil In The Dryer

I use a large ball of aluminum foil in the dryer just like you would use those expensive dryer balls however the foil eliminates all the static in the clothing. I have done this for all permanent press clothing and they come out static free and ready to hang.

did you know you could use plain vinegar rather than fabric softener & save tons? your clothes don't smell like vinegar when done either. Just use in your fabric softener dispenser or Downey ball. Also if you place a couple of crumpled up balls of aluminum foil in your dryer with your load of clothes you remove the static cling- basic science & it really works! 224
Purex has made a product that is laundry detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheet all in one. Drop one in the washer and the detergent is released, put it in the dryer and the clothes come out soft and static-free. No more remembering to add fabric softener and the cost is comparable to buying detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets. Less carbon footprint since you can buy refills as well. Love them!
They come in various fragrances as well. I don't know if they make a fragrance-free type or not.
