i have been walking each day quite a bit, but it doesnt feel like it is helping at all and when i need to work out i have no idea were to start? can some one help me, or have some tips?

    You'd get a lot more help if you post this under the Fitness & Exercise portion of the Message Boards.

Have you tried the free videos with Coach Nicole here on Spark? They are great for beginners and usually only take about 10 minutes.

    I agree with Sleepydean; browse the free videos on this site and get some ideas. Walking is a great staple, but you can gradually add other things. Resistance training is mandatory for me to keep my body fat percentage down, and there are some GREAT little strengthening exercise videos by Coach Nicole.

    Dr. Mercola (www.mercola.com) says that doing Peak 8 exercises is the best way to exercise. You can get the details on his website.
