What Really Helps Me




There are a few things I ALWAYS do...
1. I always keep my water bottle near me
2. I keep fresh fruit and vegetables in the house all the time
3. I get up the same time everyday to workout; this helps me keep a regular sleep schedule as well
I've been able to maintain my goal weight for more than a year using these tips. Good luck.

  • I too do all of these things. I firmly believe if you stay with something for a few weeks it becomes a habit, and you don't even have to think about just do it! I always have water...keep lots of different fruits and veggies, and get up early to exercise. If I think I will wait and exercise "later" it seldom gets done. It's all about healthy habits!
