Green Beans



Green Beans are a great source of fiber and are about 99 cents per lb. right now. Green beans help those suffering from asthma, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and migraines because of their anti-inflammatory properties. They also prevent cholesterol from becoming oxidized which can cause blocked arteries. Have some mixed with brown rice, with 3-4 ravioli's, cut up into soups or stews or just steamed as a side dish. Grow some in your yard, they love a sunny place & will thrive by summer
