Eat Everything with Portion Control AND Drink Water
Want to lose weight? Drink 64 ounces (or 2 liters) or more of water. Eat what you want with portion control (and some self-control), especially during the morning and early afternoon. Drinking lots of water helps cleanse your body of toxins & replenishes it with needed fluids.
Retaining water? Drink more water, and you will feel less bloated. Cardio exercise also is key to lose weight, and burn off calories if you went a little out of control on the sweets or not-so-great carbs. Smile, laugh, love yourself, and then do more smiling, laughing & loving! You can do it!!!
