Maintaining means calories in is approximately equal to calories out. If you've been doing a lot of cardio to burn off pounds, I wouldn't suggest stopping that - but you might want to tone it down. Similarly, build up the calories - FINALLY - you can have a snack or 2.
It takes time but the balance does come!!

A bad day is a part of life, just as a good day is, except we simply need to learn to suck it up and continue to move forward!! Its all a matter of balance! Deal with it, learn from it, then forget it and move on!!
Don't skimp on sleep by trying to add more events to the days. It's a stressor & gets everying out of balance. and Don't repeatedly hit the snooze button, either go to sleep earlier or take a nap. Don't let the snooze button become a habit that needs broken.
