Try homeade bean paste on white corn tortillas! They're healthy and nutritious. You can add your own veggies (like peppers) and spices (like cayanne)! Just fill up a pan (half way or so, depending on serving of beans) and add the beans. cook for 4 hours, until really soft and mushy. and then mash until you get a paste. You can buy white corn tortillas already prepared.
To add flavor, consider adding bacon bits (or bacon alternatives), salsa, or even onion.
Hormel real bacon bits(in a glass jar near the salad dressings at most stores)Have 25 calories(15 from fat)per tablespoon. I find this is a good way to get the taste of real bacon in foods with way less calories than strips of bacon-try blt wraps,not too loaded baked potatoes,egg white carbonara and more!!!!
