Think like a 1st Grader. They eat when they are hungry...they stop when they are full even if food is still on their plate. They get natural exercise by finding and doing activities that they like...when is the last time you played hopstotch? They listen to their heart & have an open mind...who says a rainbow can't have the color silver in it? We think too much of what others will say or think. They try new things...wear a pillowcase...and fly...and think they CAN...while we play it safe.
Learn to think like a kid again...it might just enrich your life in some ways...just don't wipe your nose on your sleeve because...well, that's just plain gross.

Cut out all whites from my diet. Example replaced white flour with almond or coconut flour. No white rice , bread. Organic cheese, milk, fruits and meats. No cold cereal only steel cut oats. No can soup,vegetables or fruit. I feel great and have lost 45 pounds in 5 months. I'm never hungry.
