1st Graders Are The Best Weight Loss And Life Coaches Experts...Ever!



Think like a 1st Grader. They eat when they are hungry...they stop when they are full even if food is still on their plate. They get natural exercise by finding and doing activities that they like...when is the last time you played hopstotch? They listen to their heart & have an open mind...who says a rainbow can't have the color silver in it? We think too much of what others will say or think. They try new things...wear a pillowcase...and fly...and think they CAN...while we play it safe.

Learn to think like a kid might just enrich your life in some ways...just don't wipe your nose on your sleeve because...well, that's just plain gross.

    I teach kindergarten, and those lovely kids are part of the reason I want to get in shape. That way I can play all those fun games without getting tired out so quickly.

    Be "it" during tag? Sure. Why not! Capture the flag? Floor hockey? Hula hoop? Ok....I can't yet keep the hoop up for more than 2 turns, but I try!
