juicing is my secret to stay motivated, energized and keep my food and nutrient intake under control. it also helps me stay hydrated so i last longer during my runs and hot yoga. what i do is i try to drink a big glass of water, and throughout the day i drink fresh, nutrient dense juice. when your body is not getting much other things but the nutrient rich green juices you're feeding it, you'll absorb more of the goodness. plus juice cleansing really jumpstarts healthy habits and mindfulness.
my favorite juices are the blueprint juices, but i also get local freshly made juices delivered to my house. some people also get their own juicer and buy pounds and pounds of fruits and vegetables and juice it themselves, but i like the convenience of premade, unpasterized juices.
