I have added some goals to track every day using the "track other goals" link off of the Spark Points page. This helps remind me to do these things every day, and it makes me feel disappointed in myself and resolving to do better the next day if I don't complete all of these goals on every day that it is reasonable to complete them. On the days I do complete all my goals, it really makes me feel good to see those points adding up.

It's easy to say you are too busy but, every minute you spend using the tools on Sparkpeople.com and tracking your food and exercise is a minute well spent.
