I have added some goals to track every day using the "track other goals" link off of the Spark Points page. This helps remind me to do these things every day, and it makes me feel disappointed in myself and resolving to do better the next day if I don't complete all of these goals on every day that it is reasonable to complete them. On the days I do complete all my goals, it really makes me feel good to see those points adding up.

Be Your Own Best Friend! Schedule appointments with yourself!
This month I am using the SparkPeople Planner feature to schedule appointments with myself to exercise, drink the water, take time for strength training, sit down for meditation, etc. You can send yourself daily emails (Jilliam Michaels doesn't have to do it) and remind yourself about your goals, send yourself a motivating quotation, keep appointments to exercise, & congratulate yourself on a job well done! It is amazing how much it is boosting my efforts!!!306
The Planner feature can be accessed from your Start page by clicking on the drop down button titled Planner. Also, you will find it in the middle of your SparkPoints page and you will earn 1 point for each appointment!!!
