Bowling Is A Great Exercise




Bowling as you know is my favorite pastime & exercise. You get walking, forward lunging, weight lifting 14 & 15 pound balls & other exercises. You make friends, laugh & have a great time if you look at the games as fun & don't put too much, I have to win or be perfect on it. I have a great time with all the teams I bowl with & they like me even if they are a 20 or 75 year old man or women we all have fun. So bowling is a very healthy exercise. Go bowl have fun. emoticon emoticon

  • Our local bowling center has a Ladies night, Ladies bowl for free Tuesday night from 9pm till midnight! Summer months kids bowl for free too limmit 2 games a day. Check your local center and see if they offer any specials!! - by MEYLOSE
