How To Plan A Meal To Fit Your Nutrition Ranges...?

I use the Nutrition Tracker to help me plan my meals. Sometimes I'm not sure what to eat for dinner to get the right mix of nutrients to hit my ranges. What I do is start entering different meal options. If something puts me over my range I simply remove it and try something else until I find just the right meal to fit into my remaining calories, fat, carbs and protein ranges for the day. emoticon

    It is like a puzzle and different foods are the puzzle pieces. I think its fun!
