Cooling Down For Dog Owners

I've been taking aerobics classes recently and working myself pretty hard, but I don't ever feel that I'm completely cooled down. I drive right home after them and take Oliver for a good walk to cool down. Three benefits: 1- A tired dog. 2-I've cooled down 3-no sore muscles. I think the walking for 30-45 minutes really loosens the muscles up after a workout and my legs haven't been sore once.

    I always feel better if I really get a good cool down after a workout. I used to run distance and it used to freak people out that I would run for a few hours, come home,change, get some water and then walk for an hour. I never had sore muscles though :) I now have two dogs and walking them after a run is great. They are puppies, so they aren't great to run with at this time, but one day in the not to distant future I think that they will be great companions not only for walks, but for runs as well.
