I do this driving to work: hold steering wheel at 10 and 2 o'clock, take a deep breath, then on the exhale, grip the wheel, tense upper body, and flex you butt and legs count to 3 release and breath in deeply, pause-relax, normal breaths. Repeat 10 x, rest and do 10 more.

be sure to do this slowly and rest between so you do not hyperventelate

    I joined a gym with a monthly fee and the more times per week I go, the cheaper per time it is. The budget angle works for me. Also I joined a couple classes - one for restorative yoga and one muscle hour - other days I treadmill or swim, or do prescribed strength training. Had already lost 10 lbs but plateaued and this got me past it... Now its 17 lbs and counting.

Also, targeted exercise helps weight come of all over without creating saggy spots or too many wrinkles. emoticon

    I just came up with this today. It is better than the Yoga buns secret I posted yesterday; I do Yoga buns at my desk.
