Keep focused on your self, your body, your needs. I find I am more successful when I put myself #1. It's when I give too much, take on everyone's problems, internalize everything going on around me that's wrong, etc--that's when I turn to emotional eating and making bad choices as a quick fix for my negative emotions. Remember, by making yourself whole, happy and healthy, you create an existence where all others around you who you care for also thrive.

When you look in the mirror think positive things. The more you think about yourself positively the better you will feel mentally and the more you will just want to get up and do things without having to make yourself!
Look for inch loss, which is a wonderful thing. Sometimes you lose in inches and not actual weight and pay attention to how your clothes fit. Measure yourself even if the scale isnt budging something good is happening! Just think of yourself getting healthier.
