We use the pages from our Sparkpeople Page a Day calendar to use as scratch paper in the kitchen area for writing down weights of vegetables or meats or anything else we have just weighed and need to put the amounts in our nutrition tracker! We keep the pages right next to the scale with a pen or pencil.

I really like the On track calendar. I go to the planner and list the other goals and tasks I would like to do for the day. I remove any I didn't complete from the planner leaving only those I did. This gives me an ongoing diaryy of what I have completed on my On Track Calendar
On track calendar is found in right hand column of the Start page and lists all activities you have placed on your planner.
I love the Stay On Track Calendar. It gives me a monthly view that not only shows me days I've forgotten to track, but also helps me identify problems - like, if I'm eating too much, or not exercising enough on the weekends!
You can access the calendar by clicking the My Tools - Reports menu option at the top of the page. On the Reports page, scroll down to the Weight and Other Reports section, and you will find the Calendar on the left side of the page.
I save the pages from my Spark motivational day at a glance calendar. When I need to make a note for someone in my office, I use the back of a page. Then when I pass along the note, I'm also passing along great info from SparkPeople.com and a quote or a tip for healthy living!
