    Never give up,even if you don't see results fast. just keep working out and eating right and pretty soon you'll see results.Don't ever think that you ca't do it BECAUSE YOU CAN.that's my strategy .

    Hi! Good for you! Hope to follow in your weight loss footsteps soon. I exercise 4 times a week from 45-2h at the times. I do not eat junk food. I have been at it for 5 weeks. No big results yet :-(.

    How much do you work out? What are you doing? Do you "splurge" on the weekends?

    I have now lost 38lbs . I try and exercise three to four times a week for at least 30 to 60 minutes each exercise session. The closest I come to fast food now is a veggie wrap from subway. I weigh myself every morning and though it is dissapointing when the number doesn't go down I try not to get too down on myself. I still have a lot to learn and a long road ahead of me, but your post made me feel like I'm doing something right. Thanks! emoticon
