I'm not a big water drinker. The only way I'd drink it was if it came flavored like Vitamin water. I learned that adding 1 oz of cranberry juice to 7 oz of water or adding a slice of citrus (lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, etc) tastes just as good & saves money!

I also flavor my water. I do it more for making the water taste better than to save money. I put 1 oz of a 100% cranberry juice in 16 oz of water. I track the juice as 1/2 cup with my morning snack or with breakfast.

Love Flavored Water?
I hate plain water, but love to flavor it with different kinds of generic flavors I find at Wal-Mart. Each box has 10 packs in it, and only costs about $1.80 per box. I keep a stash in my purse so that when I go out to eat, I just order a water and add my own flavor to it. I'm not tempted to drink soda. Saves money and calories!
