When your stressed and need something to help get your mind right try gardening. I like to yell and complain to my plants as I re-pot them or do my outdoor weeding and planting. The plants never complain if I yell and swear or get too rough with them. When I'm pulling up the weeds and digging in the dirt planting new seeds and bulbs or even just re-potting my old over grown plants I'm getting a great workout and relieving all that stress I started out with in the beginning.

I eat a cup of broth-based soup with a little protein in it before my afternoon and evening meals. Soup ideas include garden veggie, chicken and barley, escarole and spicy turkey sausage, or tofu tom yum.
