any place there is an empty wall you can get exercise and for us beginners it helps. I lay wit legs straight against wll and do cruches bend knees with feet against wall do crunches slide rear up to wll and swing legs as far as possible to left then rt ten spread. sand and slide down wall etc

    This is a really good way to get in exercise at the office when you are sitting at a cube all day that you can't really walk away from except for your breaks!
