My wife has a touch it once policy on everything. Especially the mail, but work for anything. If you touch it put it where it goes and there will be less clutter...except for my garage she stopped going in there! Darn it!!

In a time management course that I took my first semester of college, we were taught to only touch it once. When the bill comes in, pay it now. When the children bring homes notices that need your signature, sign it now. RSVP as soon as you get the invitation. And so forth. A great time saver!
When you get the craving for junk, and or the muchies to eat when you're not even hungry, touch, squeeze, feel, grab, and/or look at the body part(s) that you are fighting with and want to lose. In my case, I grab my belly when I get the muchies . This reminds me why I don't NEED that junk food and what i've been working so hard for. Once you touch /sqeenze that body part(s), the thought of eating that junk food will quickly go away.
