Every day I wake up and remind myself that today is a brand new day. Yesterday's mistake don't carry over and I start each morning mistake-free. If I ate badly yesterday or if I skipped the gym, it doesn't make today a failure. It just gives me more motivation to make today better than yesterday.

As soon as you wake, today is a fresh start. It's a brand new day to accomplish things you have put off or want to do. Challenge yourself! You are more capable than you think. Focus strongly on it till you start the list. Build up courage & do the hardest 1st. After doing something that's physically or mentally challenging, you'll feel optimistic, motivated to do more & be on a roll! You can do as much, or little, as you put your mind to. If you want to buy better quality clothes because they last longer and look better, or you find certain brands are the only ones that fit you well, try looking on Oxfam's second hand store website where you can search for particular brands and sizes, and you can specify brand new items still with tags on, so you can even get decent bras new at reduced cost- the range of sizes varies depending on what's been donated, but I have seen some of the harder to find sizes as well as the standard ones.
