Just because you go over one day, dont use that as an excuse to binge that day, the next day, and the day after, climb right back on that wagon the next morning. And dont worry about that one day over, it won't damage your long term progress.

  • Sometimes I use this as an excuse of I'll just finish the rest of the bag b/c I went over any way but usually by not to much. Yesterday I did b/c I couldn't enter anything until the evening b/c the comp. wasn't working. - by KITTY1970

  • I liked what you said on your blog. I thought that I was on an upward stride. I was excited because I lost 3 pounds before Easter. After the Easter holiday, I gained 1.5 pounds. I didn't binge but made really bad choices. Thanks for putting everything back into focus. - by 1HELPLESSMOM
