Just because you go over one day, dont use that as an excuse to binge that day, the next day, and the day after, climb right back on that wagon the next morning. And dont worry about that one day over, it won't damage your long term progress.

I am not dieting, I have a certain amount of calories a day, I eat 5-6 small meals a day but I do eat what I want if I want pizza I buy a one serving pizza and cut it in half with a piece of fruit and I am happy, or I buy the fatfree hotdogs, put them on diet bread for two it is 150 calories for bread and hotdogs so I am not neglecting what I want
One day a week, usually saturday when I go places, I have a crap day. On this day I have a break off my diet and eat the junk food I cant have when I'm on my diet. Because of how driven I am toward losing weight, I'm at the point where chocolate and skittles don't seem very appetizing anymore, so instead i waste my calories for the day on going out to eat. This not only keeps you on your diet during the week but helps you lose weight due to the difference in calories. 4
