    Sometimes I use this as an excuse of I'll just finish the rest of the bag b/c I went over any way but usually by not to much. Yesterday I did b/c I couldn't enter anything until the evening b/c the comp. wasn't working.

    I liked what you said on your blog. I thought that I was on an upward stride. I was excited because I lost 3 pounds before Easter. After the Easter holiday, I gained 1.5 pounds. I didn't binge but made really bad choices. Thanks for putting everything back into focus.
