First of all when I get dressed every morning I put on workout clothes. That way I'm ready to go when the mood hits. Then, if I'm not in the mood, I tell my self to JUST WALK!.. it's not that tough to just walk...I put on a Leslie Sansone DVD and start to move and before I know it, I'm feeling better and ready to jog some! And to make her workouts even better I get out my old step and do some step aerobics!

I like to adjust her workouts with stepping or plyometrics. It adds an extra boost. Benefits are extra calories burned..!

This is so true! I find I am way more likely to workout if I just put on the workout clothes first thing!

Motivation is key to accomplishing anything in this life. When I surrounded myself with people who have similar goals my motivation went up and up and up and off the charts. So the secret to motivation is to surround yourself with positive people who have similar goals and you can encourage each other. ; )
