First of all when I get dressed every morning I put on workout clothes. That way I'm ready to go when the mood hits.
Then, if I'm not in the mood, I tell my self to JUST WALK!.. it's not that tough to just walk...I put on a Leslie Sansone DVD and start to move and before I know it, I'm feeling better and ready to jog some! And to make her workouts even better I get out my old step and do some step aerobics!

More Information:

I like to adjust her workouts with stepping or plyometrics. It adds an extra boost. Benefits are extra calories burned..!
