Do you have a smoothie after your workout? Getting bored? Save some coffee from breakfast, chill it, and use it as the liquid in your smoothie.....add milk, vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, vanilla, stevia....or use chocolate protein powder for a mocha smoothie!

It is a great breakfast or pick- me-up and cheaper than Starbucks!!!
