Last year I paid a lot of money for Hockey tickets. I remember having them..I put them some place "safe" and they have never been seen again. Luckily they were able to reissue new tickets. Now.. when I put something in a hidden ( stupid) place I use my Spark appointment tracker.
Near the date for the event ( if a ticket) I put a note to myself saying EXACTLY where the ticket or needed item is ...saves lots of time and no more getting upset.
I liked playing field hockey and lacrosse in high school, and since I still have my equipment, it's easy to add 5-15 minutes of playing the sport to the end of my work out time for something fun and a little added calorie burning! 345
Just 5 minutes of playing field hockey (hitting the ball around my yard and chasing after it), burns off 94 calories! I'm hoping that as I continue to lose weight I will soon be in well enough shape to join a local team.
