To make sure I get my exercise everyday-I roll out of bed and take care of usual AM stuff, geta a drink of water, get dressed and go to the gym. Have people there that I see everyday. I know if I don't get right up and go it will be easy to slip back into old ways and old weight which I am not willing to do. It does help that gym is only 3.5 miles from home and open 24/7!

Sometimes when I am exercising I feel like I want to quit. I think I'm sweating ,I've already did 10 mins Etc
I have managed to accomplish my 30 mins everyday. I try ot put the negative out of my mind and picture myself dancing would i quit in the middle of a song NO. Next thing I know my 30 mins are up
Today I struggled getting through 30 minutes of exercise. But I told myself how good I will feel after thirty minutes is over. I figured I am awake fifteen hours a day (900 minutes) and I am exercising is 3% of the 900 minutes. This is a small amount of time.
It felt like torture but I stuck with it and turned my thinking around to positive thoughts. I feel great now.
