I've always had a hard time drinking enough water. I started using the HydraCoach Hydration Monitor. It's a fancy water bottle that electronically keeps track of your water intake. I drink at least for bottles a day, and every day I use it, I reach my goal of 65 oz. without any trouble at all. I love seeing 100% on the display.

Every morning as soon as I wake up I drink 4-6 cups of water before eating anything. I consider it my morning "cleanse" and start to a new day of eating healthy and exercising. Not only do I get a great morning hydration, but I also am reminded to do well that day.
