When we fire up the charcoal grill for steak, fish or chicken, we also grill sliced zucchini, yellow summer squash, onion slices and sliced mushrooms sprayed with a little canola oil and seasoned with Cavender's Salt Free Greek Seasoning.

    Grilled veggies are almost my main reason for firing up the grill! LOL! I love cooking chicken, dawgs and shrimp kabobs, too, but knowing I'll have grilled veggies for salads or sides tomorrow (and tomorrow, etc) makes it SO much more worth it! Try some grilled fruits too! Pineapple (even from a can), works great! I'm looking forward to trying peaches soon and even plums when the fruits ripen up on my trees :)
