    These are ok. I like the Fiber One bars much better. More substantial.

    My problem with these bars is that Fiber Plus, have hydrogenated oils in them, the Fiber One Bars do not so those are my go to fiber bar. Hydrogenated oils slow your metabolism and it is not a real food. However I love my Fiber One Bars ..you can buy a very large box at Sam's Club which helps bring down the cost

    I have been eating these for about a year. The Fiber Plus REALLY do taste great. And to whomever mentioned making you go. Not like, oh no, got to go NOW. I'm sure they do help, but not in that way. The have a new flavor that have a little coconut in them. 4 flavors now, that I have been able to find. All good. It's funny I saw this. I just ate one, as I was getting on computer, for a quick look at email, before bed. *Warning, they can almost be addictive

    I agree! When I'm really craving something sweet, this is my go-to treat. You can't eat more than one bar a day without overdoing the fiber-bloat, but after a meal or with a cup of tea or coffee is great. I also keep one in my purse to tide me over when I'm out running around. There's only 7 grams of sugar and 130 cals, but it's loaded with fiber,antioxidants, protein, good vitamins and low-fat.
