I find it easier if I utilize food that I would normally eat and keep it into my "diet". It doesn't seem like it would work if I used another persons ideas for a change in lifestyle food if it isn't something I am going to stick with.

I love peanut butter and I make it work in my calories for the day!

    I totally agree it just can't stay off if you are making such a sacrifice it becomes unbearable and then you start to yo yo!. It really is about moderation and gradual changes to lifestyle. Sounds easy in theory, but really you have to be so focused
