Nothing changes if nothing changes! It doesn't matter if it is a food or an exercise, I am a creature of habit. When I decided I wanted to be healthy it meant learning new habits. There are hundreds of tips and I just had to start with one (like taking the stairs, parking further away, choosing an apple, trying a fitness class). One thing lead to many so now I have tried snow shoeing and a zumba class and ate quinoa! Healthy choices that had to start with ONE!

Just like trying a new food each week, why not try a new exercise each week. Maybe by trying something new, we might find something we otherwise never thought we would enjoy. Also, trying something new shakes up our metabolism & gets it moving again. Try it you might like it!!
This is a great idea to fit into any part of your life you are feeling has the "same old, same old" feel. Try a new exercise or activity if you're getting bored. Try a new fruit or veggie, or just a new recipe if your meals are feeling blah. You can even try something new on the motivational side!!
