Puree the adult foods (not the spicy ones) that you make in a crock pot, like soups and stews or your cooked fresh veggies. I use a blender. Pour the puree into ice cube trays and heat for your little one for a delicious homemade meal. Beats the jars of baby food every time. My baby loved them! And it saves a bundle of money!

This does save money. I made all of my own baby food and yes it took a little more time but was worth it. Cheaper and I knew exactly what they were eating.

I always made my own baby food. I used a table top hand crank baby food mill. It goes everywhere with you - so eating out or at relatives is no problem.
